Most traditionally-built homes are planned with little or no thought given to a homes energy-efficiency, air quality and environmental impact.

Azlan Homes has changed the focus. First we designed a home that would maximize energy-efficiency and greatly exceed Title-24 standards, focusing on building a home that has minimal impact on the environment, reduces and eliminates electric bills and is designed to be safer and more durable than traditional homes. Then, we made it affordable.*

Our building envelope alone, not including the added benefits from the P.V. solar system or the other devices we use out preforms Title 24 by 41.2%. The actual figure including all of the features out preforms Title 24 by over 85% (number varies dependent on model and options).

According to a study by ICF Consulting (funded by HUD and the EPA) energy saving measures such as solar Energy can add $20 of home value for every $1 of yearly energy cost savings. That means our homes offer instant equity far above that of a traditional home.
